Shipping

Where does Yanezmma ship to?

We currently only ship in the U.S.

When will my order ship?

Once order is submitted an email or text confirmation will be sent out to the email or phone number given. Orders can take up to 2 - 7 business days to be fulfilled and shipped.

An email or text message will be sent out when order has been shipped with tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking info to update on carriers system. Keep in mind sometimes the mail carrier forgets to scan orders when they are received at the facility, so it may take longer for tracking info to be updated. 

Standard shipping takes up to 2 - 9 business days.

Sunday and holidays will exclude from your orders being shipped or delivered. Please keep in mind weekend and holidays are not business days, and therefore will add to the processing and/or shipping time.

When Yanezmma receives high volume of orders, please understand it can cause delays of shipment a few days.

When tracking says item has been delivered, but you still haven't received your order.

We recommend waiting 48 hours then contacting your local mail carrier, and then us! adrianyanezmma@gmail.com

Returns

Yanezmma does not accept returns. Any exceptions will be determined by the Yanezmma team. Request must be made within 5 business days of when your order has been marked delivered.

Damaged Products, Misprints, or Defective Products

Please email adrianyanezmma@gmail.com within 2 weeks from when your order has been delivered with a picture of the product, picture of the problem area, and your order number, which is in the email confirmation you received.

Lost in the mail / Stolen Policy

All lost claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after estimated delivery date. We highly recommend contacting your local mail carrier first.

Yanezmma is not responsible for any products that have been stolen. When items leave the facility and carrier states delivered it is no longer our policy to replace anything lost or stolen.
